- Ensure smooth onboarding of the new merchants and support the Business Development Managers in the implementation process.
- Monitor and facilitate customer’s journey with the utilized technology.
- Provide and suggest implementation solutions for the new merchants in terms of UX issues.
- Drive business value by ensuring best positioning in the e-shops.
- Manage merchants performance and drive campaigns to deliver on sales KPIs – analyse, design and implement joint promo actions.
- Proactively monitor customer activity and provide insights and solutions.
- University degree in business, marketing or a related field would be an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce environment in a B2B customer facing role (preferably fintech, marketing/advertising agency or similar).
- UX, marketing and sales mindset and a commercial thinking.
- Self-driven attitude and ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
