Experienced in employer branding activities, social media management and content creation? Great! We are looking for an: Employer Branding and Internal Communication Specialist, Ref no.: EBIC/09/19/RZ, Location: Rzeszów

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of text, graphic and video materials in Polish and English and coordination of the flow of content on different channels such as: newsletter, mails, posters, digital signage.
  • Co-creation of employer branding projects, encompassing content creation and distribution for EB activities and initiatives in the scope of internal communication.
  • Activity planning, promotion and preparation of Well Being materials.
  • Administration of the intranet page in Polish and English.
  • Contribution to the design of graphic materials (leaflets, posters, infographics).
  • Cooperation with PR, Social Media, HR department.

Requirements

  • University degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Psychology, Public relations, or Polish philology.
  • More than 2 years’ of experience in employer branding and communication.
  • Prior knowledge of issues and trends within communication, EB, social media, PR, graphic, additionally with willingness for the development in this areas.
  • EB courses and trainings would be an advantage.
  • Good English (B2).
