- Responsibility for the whole sales life cycle, winning new business clients.
- Lead business negotiations and conclude commercial agreements.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Give market feedback to the product team.
- Identify emerging markets and Continuously research new business opportunities and find new customers.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Around 3 years of previous sales experience in a B2B customer facing role.
- A self-starter, ambitious and hungry to get results. Ready for generate sales from cold leads.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish language.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with SME and large businesses.
- Experience working with CRM .
- Experience onboarding clients and doing some account management with larger signings.
