• Leading and developing sales team consisting of 6 persons.
• Setting sales targets, tracking goals and reporting results regularly.
• Performance of the sales team in accordance with the company targets and KPI’s.
• Working on full-sales lifecycle process to meet individual sales goals.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, fuel suppliers and agents.
• B2B sales experience within transport or logistics industry - minimum 5+ years.
• Good knowledge of English – at B2 level.
• Experience in leading a sales team.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel to meet clients up to 25% of your time.
• Salary + performance bonus (contract of employment).
• Company car that can be used for private purposes as well.
• Hybrid working model.
