✨Your role: this is a Senior role. You will define a plan for our customers together with VP Customer Success. The plan will focus on retention and growing the large customer. 

💎You will be part of a team who have a customer-centric mindset that will promote loyalty and retention.

💎You will be part of strategic discussions on the customer side and be an advocate for the customer internally.

💎We are looking for a trusted advisor who is great at explaining technical concepts and can demonstrate how products can be leveraged to meet business requirements. 


💎Set up a regional plan for CS together with VP Customer Success​, which will focus on retention and growing the customer.​​​

💎​Support the CS Team to guide clients in using the content management system/DXP.​

💎​Work on identifying customer growth potential (Upsell opportunities).

💎​Support implementation partners who work on a day-to-day basis with customers.

💎​Closely cooperate with the sales department and line manager in order to meet the activity plan and KPI.


💎​Background from being a Technical Consultant (at least 2+ years) or a Technical Project Manager. 

💎​Experience working in the CMS/DXP space would be a plus.​

💎​Highly developed communications skills, a positive attitude with love the idea of working with customers.

💎​English​ language skills on a fluent level (spoken and written).

💎​A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.

💎​Positive attitude with the desire to work in a rapid-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
