Responsibilities
🚀 Track changes in the process and validation - Process Flow and PFMEA
🚀 Perform and keep work standards up to date within work instructions and SOPs
🚀 Perform capacity and repeatability studies - CAPA and PPK analysis
🚀 Apply and provide Time Improvements and Scrap Reduction
🚀 Apply and prepare Control of Customer tools and Spare parts for TAG list tools
🚀 Participate in tooling and product design management (drawings and plans)
🚀 Implement the new and best practices established by the corporate in terms of quality to MXQT
🚀 Promote the effectiveness of the QMS, the QMS objectives and policy, the integration of QMS requirements into business processes and continuous improvement
🚀 Document, review and/or update the procedures, instructions and processes related to the position, complying with the client's requirements and those of the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF:2016 standards
🚀 Carry out and document analysis of causes, corrective, preventive actions when any of its KPI'S
Requirements
🎯Min. 8 years of experience in similar position
🎯Prior experience within Automotive industry
🎯Problem solving and proactive attitude
🎯Fluent English skills (min. B2)
🎯Experience within finishing processes
