RESPONSIBILITIES:

πŸš€Providing engineering-level phone, email and online technical assistance to customers and partners around the globe. Possibility to tackle 3rd line issues and going beyond the script, each day will be a new challenge. No being stuck in a rut.​

πŸš€ Bringing along relevant technical expertise and customer support tools & best practices. Sharing knowledge and experience via coaching, internal training and regular contribution to Knowledge Base.​

πŸš€ Administration and maintenance of equipment, applications and tools used for support purposes.

REQUIREMENTS:

🎯 We are looking for candidates with experience in either of the two areas:​

πŸ”§ Profile 1: wireless local area network (Wi-Fi) standard (IEEE 802.11) and passive optical networks (PON).

πŸ”§ Profile 2: DWDM and fiber optics, OTN, TCP/IP, Carrier Ethernet, Precision Time Protocol (IEEE 1588).

🎯 Mixture of relevant technical skills & soft skills (in particular excellent communication, as you will use it on daily basis).​

🎯 Experience in providing remote (phone, email or online based) technical support in a telecom environment is a must.

🎯 Field experience in installing, commissioning, testing and maintenance of telecom equipment will be an additional advantage.​

🎯 Very good language skills in written and spoken English (B2+/C1), including professional and business-related vocabulary, are essential. ​
