Responsibilities

πŸš€ Provide essential guidance and support as a Human Resource Advisor for Business Managers and Team Leaders.​

πŸš€ Lead the way in managing, mentoring, and developing all aspects of Human Resources within the business. This includes tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, development, training, keeping the team engaged, and addressing disciplinary matters.​

πŸš€ Ensure the Company remains in compliance with regulations through regular reviews.​

πŸš€ Manage the completion of the 'terms & conditions' system to ensure everything is in order.​

πŸš€ Oversee the review of training programs, ensuring consistency and effective measurement. β€‹

πŸš€ Safeguard the team's personal information and maintain compliance with Data Protection Regulations, including annual updates. β€‹

πŸš€ Identify any available opportunities to secure additional business funding or grants, contributing to our growth and success.​

Requirements


πŸ’Ž Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β€‹

πŸ’Ž 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist position with an understanding of different HR areas.​

πŸ’Ž Solid understanding of Human Resource practices, regulations, and compliance.​

πŸ’Ž Full proficiency in Spanish and English is a must (verbal and written communication skills). β€‹

πŸ’Ž Familiarity with legislative standards related to Health and Safety.​

πŸ’Ž Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently and balance multiple tasks.​
