🎯 Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (including weekends).

🎯 Line of the report: Customer Service Team Leader.

🎯 Languages: English (min. B2) and Swedish (min. B1+).

 

Responsibilities


🎯 Market place content moderation, including:

💻 Commodity chart review/correction and negative data annotation.

💻 Customer Service Audio Transcription.

💻 Intelligent customer service text annotation.

💻 Platform Governance.

💻 Search result and recommendation evaluation.

💻 Translation proofreading.

Requirements

🎯 What will help you to get the job done:

🔥 Strong spoken, written, and listening English (preferably American) with min. B2 level. ​

🔥 Good written Swedish language skills with min. B1+/B2 level.  

🔥 Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.  ​​

🔥 Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. 

🔥 Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. 

🔥 Readiness for working the whole week (weekends included).

🔥 Prior experience in back-office, customer service, sales, or relevant areas will be a plus.
