Chief Financial Officer

You will take full ownership of the company’s financial strategy and performance management, acting as a key business partner, ensuring financial discipline, supporting strategic decisions, and driving long-term profitability.

Key responsibilities:
➡️ Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with growth and transformation goals.
➡️ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring full integration with business operations.
➡️ Build and implement a modern controlling and reporting framework providing real-time insights into business performance.
➡️ Lead the automation and digitalization of financial processes, including system integration, BI tools, and reporting dashboards.
➡️Introduce data-driven decision-making across the organization through effective use of analytics and KPIs.
➡️ Monitor and improve cost efficiency, profitability, and cash flow management.
➡️ Lead and develop the finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
What will help you get the job done:
💡 Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance in a technology-driven or service-oriented organization.
💡 Strong strategic finance background, including controlling, budgeting, and performance management.
💡 Hands-on experience in building and optimizing financial processes and systems.
💡 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
💡 Experience working with or for private equity–backed companies will be a strong asset.
💡 Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to challenge and partner with senior management.
💡 Business-level proficiency in English.
