➡️ Build and implement key performance metrics, ensuring alignment across departments.
➡️ Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
➡️ Oversee strategic projects, product development initiatives and customer operations, ensuring excellence, scalability and consistent value delivery.
➡️ Shape an organizational culture built on accountability, collaboration, and engagement.
➡️ Act as a change leader who inspires, motivates, and confidently guides the team through transformation.
➡️ Monitor financial and operational performance, focusing on EBITDA growth and cost optimization.
