💻 Field Marketing Manager DACH
💼 Company: A European marketing orchestration platform uniting multiple best-of-breed solutions (DXP, PIM, CDP, CMS, eCommerce, integrations) under one ecosystem.
💯 Role: You will be responsible for planning and executing field marketing initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will play a key role in translating global marketing strategy into locally relevant programmes that resonate with the specific dynamics of the DACH market.
📍 Cologne, preferably, 100 % Remote (Germany)
What will you be doing:
➡️Plan and execute field marketing programmes across the DACH region, including campaigns, events, and webinars
➡️Own regional event strategy and lead the company’s presence at key industry trade shows and conferences.
➡️Collaborate with channel partners to deliver joint marketing initiatives that drive shared pipeline growth.
➡️Localise global campaigns and messaging to ensure relevance for German-speaking audiences.
➡️Work closely with Sales to support priority accounts and deliver measurable pipeline contribution.
➡️Manage regional marketing budgets and track performance, ROI, and market insights..
What will help you get the job done:
💡Proven experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional B2B marketing roles.
💡Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
💡Experience working closely with Sales and Partners in a pipeline-driven environment
💡A hands-on mindset and willingness to own operational execution.
💡Fluency in both German and English.
💡 International mindset, eager to work globally with a willingness to travel.
