💻 Head of Field Marketing EMEA
💼 Company: A European marketing orchestration platform uniting multiple best-of-breed solutions (DXP, PIM, CDP, CMS, eCommerce, integrations) under one ecosystem.
💯Role: This is a hybrid leadership role combining strategic oversight and operational execution. You will lead and develop a team of regional Field Marketing Managers while also serving as the hands-on regional marketing lead.
📍 Working model: hybrid, with an expectation of being in the office approximately two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)- Aarhus, Denmark.
What will you be doing:
➡️Define and drive the EMEA field marketing strategy in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director.
➡️Set regional priorities, allocate budgets, and ensure consistent campaign planning, measurement, and reporting.
➡️Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional Field Marketing Managers across EMEA.
➡️Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and knowledge sharing across markets.
Regional Campaign Execution:
➡️Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, events, roundtables, and webinars targeting the Nordic markets.
➡️Own the Nordic marketing calendar and manage local vendors.
➡️Ensure seamless execution from campaign concept to post-event follow-up with SDRs and Sales teams.
➡️Partner closely with Sales leadership to define shared revenue and pipeline targets, identify priority accounts and target segments.
➡️Work with Customer Marketing to activate regional customer success stories, case studies, and references.
What will help you get the job done:
💡Strong commercial instincts and understanding of pipeline-driven marketing.
💡 Min. 2-3 years’ experience leading regional or field marketing teams in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
💡Strong event marketing and campaign execution experience.
💡 Experience working with Hubspot, Asana, Canva or any other marketing CRMs and tools.
💡 Fluent in business English (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration.
💡 Strong analytical skills.
💡 International mindset, eager to work globally with the willingness to travel.
