HR Director (f/m)

As the HR Director, you will be a strategic partner to the business, driving organizational transformation.
📍 Poznań, Rzeszów, Kraków or Warsaw (hybrid model).
Key responsibilities:
➡️ Full HR oversight for a complex organization of 1,000+ employees within the financial sector, leading all key functions: Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, and Employer Branding.
➡️ Act as a key advisor to the Board, ensuring the people strategy supports strategic financial goals and business scalability.
➡️ Lead transformation projects, including change management, organizational design, and HR digitalization initiatives.
➡️ Effectively navigate international reporting lines, balancing global standards with local market needs.
➡️ Ensure all HR processes comply with Polish labor law, the requirements of a regulated financial market (KNF), and internal corporate standards.
➡️ Monitor personal cost controlling and HR analytics.
What will help you get the job done:
💡 A seasoned HR leader with 8–10+ years of experience, including a proven track record of at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role at a national or regional level.
💡 Proven experience in managing HR within regulated environments (Fintech, Banking, Telecoms) is preferred.
💡 We also value the agility and mindset of the IT, SaaS, and E-commerce sectors.
💡 Experience managing HR for organizations with over 1,000 employees.
💡Practical understanding of how to drive results in a complex, international matrix organization.
💡 Strategic mindset with a focus on business outcomes – you have the ability to align HR initiatives with overall company strategy.
💡 Proficiency in HR budget management and personal cost controlling.
💡 Hands-on experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), specifically in post-merger integration and harmonizing diverse organizational cultures would be an advantage.
💡 An assertive, hands-on approach. You are comfortable taking ownership of transformation and challenging the status quo when necessary.
💡 Business-level English (C1), capable of effectively collaborating with Global and Regional stakeholders.
