We are looking for a sales professional with a deep understanding of the automotive and/or white goods environment, ready to join a Tier 1 manufacturer and take responsibility for the business development and account management. 📍 Queretaro, Mexico

🏗️ Company: Tier 1 manufacturer of decorative interior & exterior components and assemblies with a heritage reaching back over 100 years

➗ 70% new client acquisition 30% account management

🌍 Business travel required.


🚀Execute the sales strategy and expand the customer base.
🚀Nurture the existing customer relationships and connect with prospective clients.
🚀Maintain contact with existing and prospective automotive and non-automotive label customers.
🚀Attend and host customer visits.
🚀Assist in identifying the most suitable contacts at design, engineering and purchasing in each OEM and relevant automotive or non-automotive tier company.
🚀Contribute to the established Key Performance Indicators.
🚀Follow up on inquiries and quotations in a timely manner.
🚀Monitor the market and competition activities.
🚀Report on the sales activities.


💡Min. 5+ years of experience in business development.
💡Understanding of stamping processes and products (labels & metal in the automotive/white goods industry).
💡Experience in implementing strategies that align with an overall business plan.
💡Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams within an international environment.
💡Self-motivated individual with strong abilities to build and nurture relationships, listen, negotiate and manage time without direct authority.
💡Ability and willingness to travel when required.
💡Fluent English both spoken and written.
