Maintenance Supervisor
📍Location: Delray Beach, FL

⏰ On-call Availability:While the supervisor works a day shift, they are expected to beon call 24/7 to manage emergencies and schedule repairs to keep the equipment running.
➡️ This role is not about being the best technician on the floor. It is about building systems, leading people, and driving reliability through data.
What will you be doing?
➡️ Lead and rebuild a team of 10 maintenance employees with different skill levels.
➡️ Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety.
➡️ Refine the existing PM framework in SAP to improve machine uptime and use data to determine the correct frequency of maintenance.
➡️ Prioritize critical machines and production bottlenecks.
➡️ Use breakdown data and manufacturer recommendations to define PM frequency
➡️Balance downtime vs. over-maintenance. Analyze failures and implement long-term countermeasures
➡️Coordinate repair priorities with Production to ensure on-time delivery.
➡️Schedule repairs, PMs, and projects with minimal production impact
➡️Track costs, spare parts, downtime, and trends using SAP and Excel.
➡️Set and enforce safety standards, monitor fatigue and risk, create work instructions and operating standards.
What will help you get the job done?
💡 A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including 5+ years leading a team of 10+ people.
💡Background in metalworking /CNC machining environment. Strong experience with CNC mills and lathes.
💡Strong experience using ERP systems (SAP is a must).
💡 Ability to analyze data, trends, costs, ROI, uptime.
💡 Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
💡 Experience with automation, G/M code communication, and troubleshooting.
