💯 Regional Product Manager NAM Ref. no: RPM/08/2024/H
✨ Take responsibility for the technical, commercial and financial success of the product, from the moment the product is launched, throughout its full lifecycle.
📍 Location: USA, Remote. Houston, Texas location would be an advantage.
🏭 Head Quarters: Florida, Pompano Beach.
✈️ Willingness to travel (up to 50%) including some international travel.
Your role:
📌 Vision and Market Drivers: Identifying the market trends, customer needs and competitor offerings.
📌 Product Development: Participating in the idea generation, working alongside the engineering teams, understanding both commercial and technical customer requirements and translating it into in the final product.
📌 Portfolio Management: Regional focus for product positioning, pricing and execution of agreed portfolio strategy.
📌 Sales: Launch campaigns, customer visits & trade shows, publications and conference appearances.
📌 Product Standards: Ensuring usage of global standards and tools, contribution to global standards development including required regional adjustments.
📌 Product performance monitoring & Troubleshooting based on input from sales, suggesting product and process improvements.
What will help you get the job done?
✅ Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university e.g. business administration, marketing, mechanical engineering or similar.
✅ Good mechanical aptitude. Reciprocating compressor experience is preferred.
✅ Experience with pumps, another type of compressor (e.g. centrifugal compressor), familiarity with the natural gas industry or refining petrochemical industries would be also an option.
✅ Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams within an international environment.
✅ Customer centric mentality with strong abilities to build and nurture relationships.
✅ Good teammate with willingness to assist on special projects and initiatives within the team.
