⭐Regional Sales Manager, Ref no.: RSM/09/24/LP

📌Regions to cover: Podlaskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie

🚗 Company car provided.

💸Salary: 9,000 - 15,000 PLN gross + bonus on Contract of Employment


 

What will you do on daily basis?

💼​ Executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

💼​ Identifying new business opportunities and expanding company's client portfolio.

💼​ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

💼​ Monitoring sales performance, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to senior management.

💼​ Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

💼​ Representing company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our services


 

What will help you get the job done?

🚚​​ Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the transport, logistic or finance industry.

🚚​​​ Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

🚚​​​ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

🚚​​​ Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

🚚​​​ Experience in consultative sales based on identifying and solving customer problems.

🚚​​​ Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

🚚​​​ Knowledge of English at B2 level.

🚚​​​ Knowledge of the transport industry will be an added advantage.

🚚​ Driving license (cat.B).​
