💸Salary: 9,000 - 15,000 PLN gross + bonus on Contract of Employment
What will you do on daily basis?
💼 Executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
💼 Identifying new business opportunities and expanding company's client portfolio.
💼 Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
💼 Monitoring sales performance, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to senior management.
💼 Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
💼 Representing company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our services
What will help you get the job done?
🚚 Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the transport, logistic or finance industry.
🚚 Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
🚚 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
🚚 Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
🚚 Experience in consultative sales based on identifying and solving customer problems.
🚚 Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
🚚 Knowledge of English at B2 level.
🚚 Knowledge of the transport industry will be an added advantage.
🚚 Driving license (cat.B).
