- Sales Administration.
- Professional and confidential administrative support to the Sales Team Leader France.
- Contract management, renewal and manage invoicing.
- Provide quotation depending on customers’ requests with the support of the sales team leader or any sale team member.
- Follow up customer payments and cash collection if required.
- Manage the administrative part of the training course and follow invoicing.
- Be responsible of the data of the CRM.
- Screens and prioritizes incoming calls and voice mail messages and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
- Provide local accounting information to head office and/or external accounting office.
- Provide HR information to VP HR (centralized).
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an Assistant in an international environment.
- Previous experience in an admin role or similar.
- Knowledge of IT tools, including CRM (MS Dynamics or other), MS Office systems, internet and e-mail.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Good verbal communication skills and an excellent command of the French & English languages are a must.
- Interesting projects with the possibility of utilizing own ideas and solutions.
