  • Sales Administration.
  • Professional and confidential administrative support to the Sales Team Leader France.
  • Contract management, renewal and manage invoicing.
  • Provide quotation depending on customers’ requests with the support of the sales team leader or any sale team member.
  • Follow up customer payments and cash collection if required.
  • Manage the administrative part of the training course and follow invoicing.
  • Be responsible of the data of the CRM.
  • Screens and prioritizes incoming calls and voice mail messages and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
  • Provide local accounting information to head office and/or external accounting office.
  • Provide HR information to VP HR (centralized).


  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an Assistant in an international environment.
  • Previous experience in an admin role or similar.
  • Knowledge of IT tools, including CRM (MS Dynamics or other), MS Office systems, internet and e-mail.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Good verbal communication skills and an excellent command of the French & English languages are a must.
