Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the clients, delivering best practices and ensuring the customer experience with a core focus on the DACH region.
  • Set up Regional Calendars which allow to quickly identify which customers to focus on.
  • Gather feedback and pain points, so that we continue to improve our products and services.
  • Propose new ideas to continuously evolve the customer experience.
  • Support the Sales team by identifying upsell opportunities. 
  • Actively work on improving product knowledge.
  • Follow set activity plan for KPIs to be met.

Requirements

  • Technical background from a role in Customer Success or from working as a customer facing consultant.
  • College degree in Computer Science or a comparable field will be a huge plus.
  • It is key to be confident with working in a sales environment where identifying potential upsell opportunities is part of the job.
  • Quick-thinking with a natural passion for identifying how technology can solve business challenges.
  • Positive attitude and highly developed communication skills, comfortable in meeting customers and partners.
  • German languages skills on a native level and proficiency in spoken and written English.
