We are looking for a sales professional with a deep understanding of the automotive environment, ready to join a Tier 1 manufacturer and take responsibility for the new business development and account management. - Execute the sales strategy and expand the customer base.
- Assist in identifying the most suitable contacts at design, engineering and purchasing in each OEM company.
- Nurture the existing customer relationships and connect with prospective clients.
- Contribute to the established Key Performance Indicators.
- Attend and host customer visits where appropriate.
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations in a timely manner.
- Monitor the market and competition activities.
- Report on the sales activities.
- 10+ years of experience in business development within the automotive environment, preferably as a part of a Tier 1 company.
- Understanding of the local and global automotive industry.
- Experience in implementing strategies that are in line with an overall business plan.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams within an international environment.
- Self-motivated individual with strong abilities to build and nurture relationships, listen, negotiate and manage time without direct authority.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Chance to share your ideas and continuously improve our processes.
