We are looking for a sales professional with a deep understanding of the automotive environment, ready to join a Tier 1 manufacturer and take responsibility for the new business development and account management. Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales strategy and expand the customer base.
  • Nurture the existing customer relationships and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintain contact with existing and prospective automotive and non-automotive label customers.
  • Attend and host customer visits where appropriate.
  • Assist in identifying the most suitable contacts at design, engineering and purchasing in each OEM and relevant automotive or non-automotive tier company.
  • Contribute to the established Key Performance Indicators.
  • Follow up on inquiries and quotations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the market and competition activities.
  • Report on the sales activities.

 

🌍 Reporting line: You will be reporting to the: Senior Vice President Business Development & Strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development.
  • Understanding of processes and products (labels in the automotive industry).
  • Experience in implementing strategies that are in line with an overall business plan.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross functional teams within an international environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong abilities to build and nurture relationships, listen, negotiate and manage time without direct authority.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
