Responsibilities


Legal:

✅ ​ Support VP Operations in legal matters,

✅ ​ Review, coordinate, and evaluate the implementation of subscription agreements at the group level (renewals, terminations, compliances, etc.)

✅ ​ Monitor and support the creation of new contracts, including preparing supporting documents such as addendum to the standard contracts,

✅ Prepare for and attend meetings to negotiate legal terms with potential customers,

✅ ​ Document required control processes to ensure contractual compliance,

✅ ​ Ensure the proper preservation of legal and regulatory documents and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

 

Finance:

✅ ​ Compilation and support in the analysis of financial information in order to prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual reports, consolidated for the group,

✅ Ensure that all the financial reporting deadlines are met,

✅ ​Support all aspects of internal and external audits,

✅ ​ Ensure that invoices are issued on time in accordance with subscription and other contracts,

✅ ​ Coordinate vendors and vendor payments in accordance with vendor agreements,

✅ ​ Collaborate with the other departments within the company (e.g sales) to address and resolve any finance-related topics in the region,

✅ ​ Assess overall company performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.

 

Requirements

 
🎯 What will help you to get the job done:  

Legal: 

​ 📍​ 1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in the legal environment

📍​ Business knowledge - Understanding business procedures and legal documents

📍​ Great if you have: First State Examination Competition,

Finance:

📍​ 1-2 years of experience in working with financial budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, and taxation for analytical purposes,

📍​ Knowledge of working with international ERP systems,

📍​ Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles.
