Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of branch work organization.
  • Managing the office documentation.
  • Overseeing the office equipment maintenance.
  • Local procurement of needed equipment, supplies, cooperation with suppliers and vendors.
  • Administrating incoming and outgoing correspondence and e-mail flow management.
  • Organizing business trips.
  • Being comprehensive support for office employees.
  • Taking care of communication in the company’s social media.
  • Ensuring moving, registration and storage of the company's internal and external documents.
  • Creating and nurturing office culture.
  • Approving and proceeding invoices.​​​​

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working in a similar position..
  • Excellent command of Polish, good knowledge of English (B1-B2) and basic knowledge of Russian (A2) languages.
  • Good knowledge of MS office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast – paced environment.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
