Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to bring in new business for the company's product - engineering systems installation services.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities through outbound initiatives including cold calling, email, and lead sourcing for DACH (German speaking) or Scandinavian (English speaking) market.
- Build and cultivate customer and partner relationships.
- Manage the whole sales lifecycle from the lead to closure.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful work experience in B2B sales (in the construction sector would be an advantage).
- Experience in active search and customer acquisition.
- Excellent English or German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of the Polish language.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
