Responsibilities
- Organizing industrial electrical engineering works in foreign countries, cooperating with team leaders, team members and clients.
- Managing work schedule, project budget, distributing work and leading the teams (up to 70 people).
- Communicating and problem-solving with clients abroad.
- Spending up to 20% of your time on business trips to coordinate projects.
- Controlling the quality and deadlines of work performance.
Requirements
- Experience in managing electrical engineering projects.
- Good command of Polish (B2) and English (B1) languages. Basic knowledge of Russian (A2) would be an advantage.
- Experience in managing engineering projects.
- Experience in leading a team of at least 20 people (in international projects would be an advantage).
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
