🎯 You will facilitate the division strategy, taking responsibility for the HR strategy development, deployment of key processes and procedures that align and support the corporate objectives. Your role will be to build the organizational culture and drive the engagement across the team.​

📍 Querétaro, Mexico (traveling to North America is required).

🚀 Oversee the HR Operations team in two facilities (Mexico and North America).​

🚀 Maintain a people-oriented culture to resolve employees' needs on the first point of contact.​

🚀 Write and maintain HR procedures and manage improvement initiatives.

🚀​ Govern, support and drive the development activities such as assessments, transition workshops, coaching, career development, talent management.

🚀 Ensure HR integrity and compliance through accurate management of data as required.

​🚀 Support organization design activities to streamline and implement new organizational structures, roles and processes to drive efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands.​​​


💎 12+ years of experience in HR Operations with an understanding of different HR areas.

💎 Full proficiency in Spanish and English is a must (verbal and written communication skills).

💎 Proven experience managing complex HR processes and being able to solve and identify solutions to problems.

💎 Ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple tasks.

💎 Passionate for continuous improvement.

💎 Solid working knowledge of Success Factors experience is preferred.

💎 Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations.
