⌛ Work: On-site
🛠️Project: You will be responsible for maintaining the standard for tooling (mill and moulds), finishing process (injection and cutting) and immediate production support.
You will support the team in their daily tasks and together with them take care of the maintenance and adjustment of the tools.
Responsibilities
🎯 Corrective and preventive maintenance of molds and cutters - theirs replacement.
🎯 Press and knife configurations.
🎯 Tooling spare parts management.
🎯 Complying with the Autonomous Maintenance program and ensuring operators fill out forms.
🎯 Making and recording corrections of molds and cutters during production.
🎯 Validation of injected and cut parts.
🎯 Inventory control of spare parts for tools and working tools.
🎯 Improvement and development of tools and projects.
🎯Monitoring of development tests and partial validation of extruded profiles until acceptance of the finishing process.
🎯Team management: scheduling leave and absence days.
Requirements
🚩Similar experience within the automotive industry.
🚩Knowledge of Automotive Standards ISO 9001:2015 and IATF:2016.
🚩Fluency in Spanish and English (B2/B2+).
🚩Team management experience.
🚩Experience in improving and developing tools and projects.
🚩Experience working with the Autonomous Maintenance program.
