The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding market presence and will be instrumental in driving business’s growth and success. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, market research, and close collaboration with key industry players, including state authorities.

Responsibilities:

🚀Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth research on the construction market, including current trends, forecasts, and the competitive landscape. Develop and implement effective business strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen the company's position in existing markets.

🚀​Business and Partnership Opportunities: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships. Develop and nurture relationships with main clients, including state authorities and leading companies in the construction sector, to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

🚀​Project Management and Procurement: Utilize your knowledge of project management and contracting within the construction industry to oversee projects from conception to completion. Work within the procurement division to ensure efficient and effective acquisition of goods and services.

🚀​International Market Exposure: Utilize your experience in international markets, alongside your knowledge of the Polish market, to expand the company’s global footprint. Adapt strategies to cater to diverse market dynamics and cultural nuances.

🚀​Client and Authority Relations: Foster strong relationships with key clients and state authorities. Understand and meet their needs, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term collaborations.

🚀​Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses for the headquarters (HQ) for review and decision-making. Ensure all activities align with the company’s goals and objectives.


Requirements:

💡Proven experience of min. 5 years in the construction sector, especially in business development and project management.

💡​Proven knowledge and executions of successful development strategies

💡​Experience working with state authorities and in procurement divisions.

💡​Fluent written and verbal communication abilities in Polish and English.

💡​Presentation skills.

💡​Familiarity with international markets in addition to the Polish market is highly advantageous.

💡​Knowledge of FIDIC and project financing is a plus.

💡​Demonstrable knowledge of construction tender processes and procedures is a plus.
