💼 Business Unit Leader (FinTech & Finance)

🤖 Company: High scalability payment platform, which can already handle up to 300,000 transactions per hour & nearly 150 million transactions a year. Product offering: payment gateway, bill payments, technical processing of transactions, verification solutions, data monetization and more.
💯 Role: Growing the company’s footprint in the finance sector by taking full ownership of the business segment, from strategy creation to operational execution.
📍 Warsaw or Sopot
What will you be doing:
➡️ Shaping and executing business strategy for the finance segment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the context of market demands.
➡️ Analyzing market trends and collaborating with industry leaders to uncover new business opportunities and drive growth.
➡️ Driving innovation and contributing to product development agenda.
➡️ Building and expanding strategic partnerships with key players in the finance industry.
➡️ Driving sales by coordinating “hunting" activities to acquire new clients and "farming" initiatives to nurture and grow relationships with existing customers.
➡️ Building and scaling the team, identifying recruitment needs and supporting the team members as the unit grows.
➡️ Working hand in hand with the team to bring the strategy to life, setting sales targets, delegating responsibilities and ensuring their achievement through consistent motivation and support.
➡️ Monitoring financial performance, ensuring targets are met and reporting results to senior leadership.
➡️Understanding customers and the market, will help you to constantly challenge and improve internal processes and customer experience.
