💼 Delivery Manager - (Product Operations Manager​)

💻 Company: an European ecosystem of technology companies specializing in marketing, e-commerce, and data management solutions. 
Product portfolio: primarily focuses on the DXP platform, with opportunities to also work on other products within the technology group. 

💯 Role: In this role, you will be the ultimate team connector, streamlining daily work and strategic planning. You will collect and analyze data from stakeholders, monitor progress in sprints and releases, and identify and report issues. Your task will be to optimize organizational processes, create and manage dashboards in tools like JIRA, and track project progress and timelines. Through this role, you will be a key player who helps supporting other team members of operational tasks and in achieving their goals.

📍 Work location:Poland, remote​

👨‍💼 Reports to:Director of Product Management ​      

🗃️​ B2B Contract.


 

What will you be doing:

➡️ Establishing communication between various departments (product, engineering, marketing, customer support, product experience) to ensure a seamless product development and launch process.

➡️ Defining and implementing best practices for product management to improve development, testing, and release efficiency.

➡️ Overseeing all product lifecycle stages, including planning, development, launch, feedback analysis, and updates.

➡️ Fostering collaboration among teams and protect the team from external influences or distractions.

➡️ Coordinating critical aspects of product launch and scale product knowledge across the entire company and group.

➡️ Tracking and optimizing key product success metrics (KPIs), analyzing user feedback, and assessing internal processes to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

➡️ Facilitating the Scrum process by arranging and leading agile ceremonies, sprint planning, sprint review, refinement sessions, discovery sessions, sprint demo and retrospectives.


 

What will help you get the job done:

💡 University degree or college diploma in IT, business, project management, or related field.

💡 Minimum of 3 years' experience in a product operations manager role, product manager, project manager, or delivery manager position.

💡 Experience collaborating with multiple departments (development, marketing, customer support, etc.).

💡 Strong skills in analyzing and optimizing internal processes to enhance team efficiency and product performance.

💡 Familiarity with agile, SCRUM development processes.

💡 Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project and task management tools.

💡 Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

💡 Excellent English.

💡 Strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
