🦸🏻♀️🦸🏻♂️You will be a key player in overseeing operational activities and strategic initiatives across all international marketplaces, focusing on Amazon.com. You will collaborate with various teams, stakeholders and marketplace counterparts to optimize presence on these platforms.

What will you be doing?
🤝Generating and overseeing replenishment shipments to ensure stock optimization.
🤝Leading the creation and optimization of product listings, including attributions, reviews, visual assets, titles, and descriptions (SEO).
🤝Managing and optimizing the buy box strategy to maximize visibility and sales.
🤝Overseeing the submission and resolution of cases on marketplace platforms.
🤝Managing enrollment in marketplace programs (e.g. Brand Registry, Premium Beauty).
🤝Managing customer service for marketplace consumers.
🤝Managing marketplace compliance processes (such as KYC).
🤝Managing and leading the relationships with marketplace counterparts, predominantly the Vendor Manager.
What will help you get the job done?
💎3+ years of experience in brand-side operations management on Amazon.com, Amazon.de, and Amazon.co.uk. This experience must include inventory management, listing creation, SEO, case submission and resolution, and chargeback recovery.
💎1P experience is a must.
💎In-depth knowledge of Amazon processes, programs, and strategies. Ex-Amazon is an advantage.
💎Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on impact, and adjust plans dynamically to meet changing business needs.
💎Excellent English, both spoken and written.
💎Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
💎Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketplace data, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
💎Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage relationships and negotiate with marketplace counterparts and internal teams effectively.
💎Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.
