Head of Product Management VAS & Customer Experience

💯 You will create and develop the product and innovation strategy for 6 global markets with a corresponding roadmap, operational policy and framework to bring company's growth strategy to life.
📍 Warsaw, Hybrid.
Your role:
🚀 Taking direct ownership and leadership of key strategic product and innovation developments.
🚀 Through your Product Managers and Experts - owning and coordinating product development plans and actions with related stakeholders – business, tech, credit & risk.
🚀 Launching products in the new markets (commercialization).
🚀 Obtaining product market share by working with sales to develop product sales strategies.
🚀 As a business owner of product portfolio - providing the scope and priorities to development process closely cooperating with development teams.
🚀 Owning the Customer Experience agenda, managing and orchestrating CEX improvements in own area and across all functions.
🚀 Staying up to date with external developments and trends and act as an advisor to the leadership teams to share insight and knowledge to shape strategy.
🚀 Ownership of the overall product roadmap and responsible for directing and driving the Product Managers to take responsibility and accountability for delivery of their specific products, updates, amendments and on-going continuous improvement.
🚀 Creating a culture of continuous product improvement across your team (incl. customer journey, product performance, front-end and back-end related components) based on the analysis of data (google, clikctale, etc.), new market opportunities and innovative ideas.
🚀 Being an ambassador of the brand, bringing it to life in every interaction (virtual and real life) – internally and externally.
What will help you get the job done:
💡 Expertise in product development, preferably within the VAS area.
💡 Exposure to fintech industry and knowledge in credit products would be an asset.
💡 Previous experience within the digital space is a must.
💡 Strong project management skills - agile understanding and experience.
💡Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with colleagues at all levels an across all functions and territories.
💡 Commercial and strategic awareness.
💡 Very good language skills in written and spoken English are essential.
💡 Flexibility – happy to roll your sleeves up when needed.
