💸Salary: up to 65,000 gross USD/ annually

What will you be doing?
🎯Monitoring day-to-day operations, reporting on daily performance, and assisting where necessary.
🎯Serving as the escalation point for resolving issues related to outbound or inbound processing, ensuring turnaround time objectives are met.
🎯Identifying areas for improvement in processes and systems development, proposing and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
🎯Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
🎯Collaborating with cross-functional teammates and external partners on key deliverables to mitigate risk and meet business goals.
🎯Supporting the operations team in developing and/or managing operational metrics and measurements to ensure operations and costs are managed to and achieving targeted metrics and goals.
🎯Maintaining up to date operational procedure and work instruction documentation.
🎯Developing, planning and performing scheduled internal audits to test compliance with internal policies as per Export Management & Compliance Program policy and all applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
🎯Monitoring carrier logistics and acting as divisional contact for transit requests, load scheduling, and lost shipment disposition.
🎯Identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement to management based on statistical analysis to help advocate and drive continuous improvement.
🎯Providing support as needed for AOG calls 24/7/365.
What will help you get the job done?
💎Bachelor’s degree e.g. Management, Business or Engineering.
💎5+ years of experience within the aerospace/aviation industry.
💎Knowledge of asset/inventory management.
💎Working knowledge of export regulatory requirements and practical application to operational problems and situations.
💎Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining priorities and meeting deadlines.
💎Demonstrating a strong attention to detail; the capacity to manage changing priorities and ambiguity while remaining calm and controlled.
