Currently, for our Client, an innovative British technology company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Inside Sales Representative, Ref no.: ISR/01/18/K, Location: Cracow

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the sales team by meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota,
  • Make calls and follow up with clients to explain details of the product and convince them to buy the products,
  • Be responsible to close sales deals and achieve customer satisfaction,
  • Operate the CRM systems and ensure authentic information is available with the company,
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into custom,
  • Engage customers by finding their needs and resolves any complaints that a customer may have,
  • Work with other departments to meet sales goals,
  • Generate sales reports each week and submit them to management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience in B2C (preferably selling premium products),
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day,
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
  • Strong listening and persuasive skills,
  • Native English language skills (British English accent preferred).
