In this role, you'll be right at the front, helping the company succeed. Your main tasks will be:
🎯 Contributing to the overall strategy: your ideas will help shape the plans for the future and make the company even better.
🎯 Ensuring compliance to local legislation: make sure we're following all the local laws and doing things the right way.
🎯 Managing the Human Resource acivities: supervising everything about the people on site, from hiring to training.

What will you be doing:
🚀 Provide essential guidance and support as a Human Resource Advisor for Business Managers and Team Leaders.
🚀Lead the way in managing, mentoring, and developing all aspects of Human Resources within the business. This includes tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, development, training, keeping the team engaged, and addressing disciplinary matters.
🚀Ensure the Company remains in compliance with regulations through regular reviews.
🚀Manage the completion of the 'terms & conditions' system to ensure everything is in order.
🚀Oversee the review of training programs, ensuring consistency and effective measurement.
🚀Safeguard the team's personal information and maintain compliance with Data Protection Regulations, including annual updates.
🚀Identify any available for opportunities to secure additional business funding or grants, contributing to our growth and success.
What will help you get the job done:
💎 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
💎5+ years of experience as a HR Generalist position with an understanding of different HR areas.
💎 Solid understanding of Human Resource practices, regulations, and compliance.
💎 Full proficiency in Spanish and English is a must (verbal and written communication skills).
💎 Familiarity with legislative standards related to Health and Safety.
💎 Ability to prioritize effectively, working independently and balance multiple tasks.
