- Creating and implementing the sales strategy for the company.
- Responsibility for the full-sales lifecycle: generating leads, preparing offers, giving sales presentations, negotiating contracts and winning new business.
- Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
- Building the sales team from the grounds up.
- A hunter at heart with passion for approaching new opportunities and a previous exposure to B2B clients within the sales environment.
- A university graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
- Self-starter who doesn’t need someone to get the ball rolling for you.
- You are always thinking about ideas on how to develop relations with clients.
- A strong negotiator with the ability to lead sales from lead generation to deal closure.
- A native Polish speaker with an excellent command of English.
- Interesting projects with the possibility of utilizing own ideas and solutions.
- Participation in a variety of training and conferences.
