Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing the sales strategy for the company.
  • Responsibility for the full-sales lifecycle: generating leads, preparing offers, giving sales presentations, negotiating contracts and winning new business.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
  • Building the sales team from the grounds up.

Requirements

  • A hunter at heart with passion for approaching new opportunities and a previous exposure to B2B clients within the sales environment.
  • A university graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need someone to get the ball rolling for you.
  • You are always thinking about ideas on how to develop relations with clients.
  • A strong negotiator with the ability to lead sales from lead generation to deal closure.
  • A native Polish speaker with an excellent command of English.
