Hello my name is Kasia! Throughout my career, I have worked with multinational corporations and startups alike, contributing to various aspects of their operations.

 

Before my current role, I participated in several exciting business ventures, including serving as Country Manager, Europe at JumpTV. There, I focused on expanding the pioneering IPTV company, leading to a $100M IPO. I have also worked in various countries, including USA (New York), Bulgaria (Sofia), Scotland (Aberdeen), and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai)🌎.
As the founder of HR Contact, an international recruitment firm, I have developed deep insights into talent acquisition strategies. Now the company supports clients across the e-commerce, fintech, digital and engineering industries in the EMEA, United States and LATAM regions.

 

My team often jokes that I have the keen eye of Mr. Sherlock Holmes. 🕵️‍♀️ For me, cycling is the ultimate way to unwind 🚴‍♂️ I’m a fan of the Gault & Millau guide, and Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown has been my inspiration for exploring the world by connecting with diverse people, cultures and food.
I hold an MBA from Robert Gordon University, a Bachler’s in International Business with minor in Psychology from Schiller International University.

I am a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and OU Milton Keynes in the United Kingdom. I value knowledge, experience, and continuous learning.

 

I have over two decades of professional experience in the HR industry, gained while working in leading companies in the Oil&Gas and financial industries. Those experiences made me want to transfer this level of professionalism and service to HR Contact.

 

As a Recruitment Manager my role is to manage the team and our recruitment projects.

HR Contact for mw is n innovation and a response to the needs of the contemporary market in a global context. I constantly strive to develop the skills of the entire team, because for me its the people that are the key to the success of any company.

Hi! This is Olga, I’ve started my journey with HR 10 years ago, and exploring the recruitment world through the lens of a recruitment agency has been quite a learning curve.

I’m working alongside our clients throughout Europe, US and LATAM markets, recruiting for highly specialized and niche projects, managerial and strategic C-level positions. As your HR Business Partner, I will get to know your organization and business goals, sharing the insights from the talent market, its opportunities and challenges. Together we will turn your hiring plans into reality 🚀My recruitment heart beats the strongest towards engineering and fintech, but I also know the IT world inside and out 👩‍💻

 

At HR Contact, I also share my knowledge with the team – onboarding, training, optimizing our processes, making sure we deliver the best results! I’m putting on my creative hat while looking after our EB initiatives, writing articles, case studies, social media posts and designing graphics – something that brings me joy.

 

After hours, I love travelling and discovering new places, I am an interior design and fashion enthusiast. Addicted to delicious food and Netflix binge-watching, a true crime fan 🕵️

I’m Ania and I joined the HR Contact team in 2019, starting my adventure in recruitment. 5 years have been like one day.🎂 Together with the team, I am responsible for Europe, USA and LATAM projects.

 

Currently as a Sourcer, I am focused on candidates search, using various sourcing techniques and channels. I implement new tools and plug-ins and develop sourcing strategy. Moreover, I utilize my teaching experience (English passionate) while conducting internal sourcing trainings. As a recruiter, I manage meetings with candidates, additionally being actively involved in employer branding that is my bread and butter.

Hi, my name is Sandra and I have been active in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition for over 7 years.

Most of my professional experience is related to flexible forms of employment – such as temporary work, outsourcing or B2B contracts.

Hi! I have spent over a decade in the recruitment industry, starting with high-volume projects and eventually specialising in talent sourcing. While I entered the world of recruitment and sourcing completely by accident, I quickly developed a passion for this field, which combines an understanding of rapidly changing technology and the relatively constant human nature.

Over the years, I have shared my knowledge as the author of a blog on sourcing and employer branding and as a speaker at industry events in Poland and abroad. I have had the pleasure of speaking at conferences in Berlin, London and Amsterdam, among other places. I have also worked as a trainer, supporting recruiters from around the world, both in agencies and internal HR teams.

I joined HR Contact as an RPO Recruiter and enthusiastically support clients in their recruitment efforts in various countries and for various positions.

After work, I relax best in the garden in the company of my adopted dogs, testing Asian food recipes and discovering mountain trails, although I prefer those where horizontal lines are more common than vertical ones 😉
