- Serve as a trusted advisor to the clients, delivering best practices and ensuring the customer experience with a core focus on the DACH region.
- Set up Regional Calendars which allow to quickly identify which customers to focus on.
- Gather feedback and pain points, so that we continue to improve our products and services.
- Propose new ideas to continuously evolve the customer experience.
- Support the Sales team by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Actively work on improving product knowledge.
- Follow set activity plan for KPIs to be met.
- Technical background from a role in Customer Success or from working as a customer facing consultant.
- College degree in Computer Science or a comparable field will be a huge plus.
- It is key to be confident with working in a sales environment where identifying potential upsell opportunities is part of the job.
- Quick-thinking with a natural passion for identifying how technology can solve business challenges.
- Positive attitude and highly developed communication skills, comfortable in meeting customers and partners.
- German languages skills on a native level and proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Interesting projects with the possibility of utilizing own ideas and solutions.
