๐ฏ As part of our team, you will be the Project Owner of end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, e-commerce, IT roles in Poland and abroad. HR Contact will provide you full support of your Team Leader, encouraging a team that is always ready to help, industry know-how and the newest sourcing tools to play with.โ
Responsibilities
๐โ Taking full responsibility for each recruitment project, collecting and defining job requirements, creating recruitment and sourcing strategies and being responsible for milestone management. โ
๐โ Collaborating with Hiring Managers. Not only will you be taking role briefings, but you will also share the market knowledge and provide HR consultancy, working alongside the business. โ
๐ Finding, engaging and evaluating talent. Sourcing using different tools: LinkedIn, Google, Github, Stack Overflow (sky is the limit), building talent pools, conducting candidate screening & full behavioral interviews.โโโ
๐ โโCreating role descriptions, writing creative job ads and social media posts, joining our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.โ
๐ โCoordinating the full-recruitment process - from scheduling meetings to giving constructive feedback to candidates.โ
๐โโโ Having time for self-development (webinars, trainings, industry events, testing new tools). Deep-level curiosity and thirst for knowledge are always encouraged ๐ โ
Requirements
๐ฏ Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment projects (preferably IT or engineering), min. 2-3 years.โ
๐ฏโโ Sourcing knowledge and interest in further developing the skillset.
๐ฏโโ You will write and speak English a lot, so you need to be fluent (C1). Also, Polish is a mustโ.
๐ฏโโโ Strong business acumen will help you to collaborate with clients (hiring managers, HR departments e.g.) and C-level candidatesโ.
๐ฏโโ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are going to help you to excel in this role, as you will use them on daily basis.
๐ฏ Previous experience in using eRecruiter or any other ATS is welcomed.โโ
