🌍 Location: Rzeszów Hybrid or Fully Remote
🎯 As part of our team, you will be the Project Owner of end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, e-commerce, IT roles in Poland and abroad. HR Contact will provide you full support of your Team Leader, encouraging a team that is always ready to help, industry know-how and the newest sourcing tools to play with.
🚀 Taking full responsibility for each recruitment project, collecting and defining job requirements, creating recruitment and sourcing strategies and being responsible for milestone management.
🚀 Collaborating with Hiring Managers. Not only will you be taking role briefings, but you will also share the market knowledge and provide HR consultancy, working alongside the business.
🚀 Finding, engaging and evaluating talent. Sourcing using different tools: LinkedIn, Google, Github, Stack Overflow (sky is the limit), building talent pools, conducting candidate screening & full behavioral interviews.
🚀 Creating role descriptions, writing creative job ads and social media posts, joining our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
🚀 Coordinating the full-recruitment process - from scheduling meetings to giving constructive feedback to candidates.
🚀 Having time for self-development (webinars, trainings, industry events, testing new tools). Deep-level curiosity and thirst for knowledge are always encouraged 😊
🎯 Experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment projects (preferably IT or engineering), min. 2-3 years.
🎯 Sourcing knowledge and interest in further developing the skillset.
🎯 You will write and speak English a lot, so you need to be fluent (C1). Also, Polish is a must.
🎯 Strong business acumen will help you to collaborate with clients (hiring managers, HR departments e.g.) and C-level candidates.
🎯 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are going to help you to excel in this role, as you will use them on daily basis.
🎯 Previous experience in using eRecruiter or any other ATS is welcomed.
