π―Your role: You will manage a portfolio of Lithuanian-speaking customers, ensure smooth tax refund processes - excise duty, and provide expert advice.
πLocation: Warsaw (1 month on-site, then hybrid model) β
What will you be doing?
πΌ Customer Account Management:
βοΈ Prospecting and onboarding new customers.
βοΈ Maintaining customer data and verifying documents within the internal system.β
βοΈ Building and sustaining strong relationships through email, telephone, and other channels.
βοΈ Offering professional expertise on Excise Duty refunds.
π Tax Refund Operations:
βοΈ Verifying and processing customer documents for Excise Duty refunds.
βοΈ Calculating refund amounts and submitting claims.
βοΈ Handling appeals, audits, and supporting authorities on behalf of customers.
βοΈ Managing invoicing, refund transfers, and payment follow-ups.
π’ Regulatory & Process Improvement:
βοΈ Staying up to date with Excise Duty regulations and legal changes.
βοΈ Collaborating with tax and customs authorities when necessary.
βοΈ Testing software changes and participating in process optimization projects.β

What will help you succeed?

Minimum 2 years of experience within customer service area, or in similar position.
β
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
β
Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines and process high volumes of data.
β
Proficiency in IT tools, especially MS Office.
β
Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
β
Native Lithuanian speaker with professional competency in French and/or English. (Polish as nice-to-have).
