🎯Your role: You will manage a portfolio of Lithuanian-speaking customers, ensure smooth tax refund processes - excise duty, and provide expert advice.

πŸ“Location: Warsaw (1 month on-site, then hybrid model)    ​


 

What will you be doing?

πŸ’Ό Customer Account Management:

βœ”οΈ Prospecting and onboarding new customers.

βœ”οΈ Maintaining customer data and verifying documents within the internal system.​ 

βœ”οΈ Building and sustaining strong relationships through email, telephone, and other channels.

βœ”οΈ Offering professional expertise on Excise Duty refunds.

πŸ“‘ Tax Refund Operations:

βœ”οΈ Verifying and processing customer documents for Excise Duty refunds.

βœ”οΈ Calculating refund amounts and submitting claims.

βœ”οΈ Handling appeals, audits, and supporting authorities on behalf of customers.

βœ”οΈ Managing invoicing, refund transfers, and payment follow-ups.

πŸ“’ Regulatory & Process Improvement:

βœ”οΈ Staying up to date with Excise Duty regulations and legal changes.

βœ”οΈ Collaborating with tax and customs authorities when necessary.

βœ”οΈ Testing software changes and participating in process optimization projects.​

What will help you succeed?

βœ… Minimum 2 years of experience within customer service area, or in similar position. 
βœ… Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
βœ… Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines and process high volumes of data.
βœ… Proficiency in IT tools, especially MS Office.
βœ… Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
βœ… Native Lithuanian speaker with professional competency in French and/or English. (Polish as nice-to-have).
