💼 Executive Assistant
📍 Jasionka, 100% work on-site.
Your role:
🧭 Be the go-to person for the Managing Director: organizing schedules, preparing meetings, as well as effectively prioritizing tasks in line with the business demands.
🧭 Handle high-level coordination: from board meetings to international visits and internal events.
🧭 Prepare reports and presentations (don’t worry – we’ve got the templates!)
🧭 Manage documents and internal correspondence — supervision of documents, letters, resolutions, ordinances and contracts. No legal knowledge needed, just attention to detail!
🧭 Supporting Expat Managing Director with translations and managing living in Poland (about 15% of work time).
🧭 Additional tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Management Office.
Your profile:
✨ At least 2 years of experience in administrative, back-office or assistant roles.
✨ You’re proactive, super organized, and can juggle multiple tasks without losing focus.
✨ Fluent English (B2+ minimum or C1 preferred) and Polish are both a must.
✨ You're comfortable working with presentations and simple reports (PowerPoint & Excel).
✨ Excellent communication skills.
