What will you be doing:
💼Farming: Carrying out measures to cultivate existing customer potential and to generate new business with existing customers.
💼Prospection:
- Seeking constantly for new leads and prospects,
- Visiting and negotiating with prospects,
- Following up with new contracts set-up together with Back-Office.
💼Customer Care:
- Closely following up with customers together with back-office to insure customer satisfaction,
- Visiting and negotiating with existing customers,
- Selling additional products and services to customers.
💼Contracts: Negotiating and managing contracts with clients.
💼Profitability: Controlling sales, rebates and commissions (non-fuel) in order to maximize revenues.
💼Risk Management: Analysing outstanding cash and participating pro-actively in cash and debt recovery together with Credit Manager.
💼Network: Regularly visiting stations and checking on tidiness.
💼Organizing, implementing and monitoring activities required to achieve sales targets.
💼Regularly updating the customer database on tools like SALSA (contact details, visit reports, opportunities, prospects, etc.).
💼Coordinating sales activities with other company’s units in order to exploit synergetic potentials for successful operations.
💼Be an active member of the transportation community; i.e., attending local events, regional and national trade shows.
What will help you get the job done:
🚚University Degree in Business or Economics or Engineering field.
🚚Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
🚚Good level of English (B2), other languages are a plus.
🚚Strong selling and negotiations skills – ideally gained within HGV environment, proven track record of sales wins.
🚚Capacity to work autonomously and organize yourself efficiently.
🚚Ability to influence across a wide range and profile of buyers.
🚚Good understanding of buyers behavior and customer decision making process.
🚚Driving license.
