💻 Product Owner - (Credit Risk Feature Team)

💯 Role: This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in driving the engine of the business – Credit Risk. Work hand in hand with IT and business teams, take end-to-end ownership for the full product life cycle from initiation to business case to testing, then launch and beyond!

📍 Warsaw, Hybrid or Poland, Remote (with some visits in Warsaw Office).

🌍 Supporting 6 global markets.

 


 

What will you be doing:

➡️ Develop and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Business Owner’s vision, mapping actions, requirements, and priorities, and coordinating with key stakeholders.

➡️ Work closely with IT and business teams, translating risk management needs into technical solutions. Credit Risk Feature Team is one of the most critical development teams from the “business as usual” perspective. The team delivers regulatory changes, automation for scoring processes and score cards changes.

➡️ Support and present product vision, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and participate in Scrum activities to ensure alignment and delivery.

➡️ Break down epics/features into actionable user stories and ensure Sprint clarity and commitment.

➡️ Tracking the delivery of ROI.

➡️Oversee credit risk product enhancements, regulatory adaptations, and process automation.


 

What will help you get the job done:

💡 Background in financial services, especially in consumer finance, banking, fintech or lending platforms.

💡 Min. 3 years of experience as a Product Owner (or related role in product/project management). With previous experience in a business-facing role.

💡 Knowledge of Credit Risk processes would be a nice to have.

💡 Scrum/Agile certification (CSPO, AgilePM, PMP).

💡 Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence.

💡 Fluent in business English (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration.

💡 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

💡 Excellent at prioritizing, with the ability to influence others and sell ideas.

💡 International mindset, eager to work globally with the willingness to travel.
