💡Oversight of key areas: Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and Health and Safety to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.

🏭 Company: Manufacturing, 250+ team. 

Your role:

📌 Taking responsibility for planning, organizing, implementing and maintaining smooth operations within the assigned areas.

📌 Driving optimization initiatives and monitoring the efficiency of the production.

📌 Ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining quality standards.

📌 Budgeting and cost optimization.

📌 Coordinating ongoing investment and modernization projects, including planning, budgeting and execution.

📌 Introducing lean principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

📌 Ensuring the safety and efficiency of production processes and machinery.

📌 Maintaining equipment reliability and supervision over machinery infrastructure, overhaul and repair operations.

📌 Directing and maintaining a well-coordinated team for the production which controls and develops best practices related to the assigned job functions on the site.

Your profile:

✅ 10 years in production leadership roles, with knowledge in the assigned areas (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and Health and Safety).

✅​ Experience within the wood processing industry is welcomed. 

✅ Higher education in a technical field.

✅ Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

✅ Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

✅ Excellent interpersonal, team leadership and motivation skills.

✅ Ability to be a leader and a major contributor to projects and initiatives, ability to drive positive change.
