๐ธSalary: 9,000 - 14,000 PLN gross + bonus on Contract of Employment
What will you do on daily basis?
๐ผโ Executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
๐ผโ Identifying new business opportunities and expanding company's client portfolio.
๐ผโ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
๐ผโ Monitoring sales performance, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to senior management.
๐ผโ Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
๐ผโ Representing company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our servicesโ
What will help you get the job done?
๐โโ Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the transport, logistic or finance industry.
๐โโโ Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
๐โโโ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
๐โโโ Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
๐โโโ Experience in consultative sales based on identifying and solving customer problems.
๐โโโ Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
๐โโโ Knowledge of English at B2 level.
๐โโโ Knowledge of the transport industry will be an added advantage.
๐โ Driving license (cat.B).โ
