π― Role: Your primary role will be to manage the market growth team and drive forward the sales processes within the finance sector, forging strong partnerships with Business Partners in Poland (Banking Sector, Non-banking finance institutions). You will seek new collaborations and develop strategic market advantages with your team.
π€ Product portfolio: verification methods, money transfers, authorization messages, payments and other value-added services e.g. data ads.β

What will you be doing:
πΌ Team management and acquiring new Business Partners within the finance sector.
πΌ Creating the strategy and working hand in hand with the team to bring it to life.
πΌ Seeking strategic market advantages by expanding the product offering.
πΌ Collaborating closely with the Customer Success team.
πΌ Working closely with other business functions, i.e. marketing and leveraging their resources and know-how to build and convert sales pipeline.
πΌ Putting customer experience and innovation at the heart of the business.
What will help you get the job done:
π‘ Business development experience in a B2B customer-facing role within the financial/fintech sector.
π‘ Experience in managing a sales teams and creating and driving forward sales strategies.
π‘ Knowledge of the banking and fintech market landscape.
π‘ Sales-driven mindset, entrepreneurship, and proactivity.
π‘ Business-level proficiency in English communication.
π‘ Ability to win new business and build strong relationships with business partners.
