🎯 You will be a part of Intellifi – a complete connected home solution purpose-built for communications service providers (CSPs). Part of Mosaic One (SaaS) platform, Intellifi® empowers you to monitor, manage, optimize and monetize managed Wi-Fi.

📍Work model: Based in Trójmiasto? Hybrid work, 3 days per week in Gdynia. Living further away? No worries, fully remote work model got you covered! 🌍
⏰Core hours: 9-17 / with once a week call with the US team.
What will you be doing on daily basis?
🚀Performing and assisting in software design and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing software.
🚀Performing model training, tuning, and evaluation to ensure high performance and reliability.
🚀Participating in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
🚀Planing and performing unit, acceptance and end-to-end level testing of implemented software modules and enhancements.
🚀Helping fix software bugs found during all testing phases.
🚀Working with the team to deploy and test incremental software releases.
🚀Organizing and coordinating development activities within schedule and product constraints.
🚀Collaborating with cross-functional teams (software, QA, DevOps, data science) to bring ML features to life.
What will help you get the job done?
🎯Minimum 6 years of experience in software design, implementation, and debugging — with Python and AWS — within large-scale or scale-up projects.
🎯Experience with testing and development tools such as pyTest and Jest.
🎯Good knowledge, proven by experience, of Material Design Components.
🎯Familiarity with containerization and cloud-based architectures (Docker, AWS).
🎯Effective communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
🎯At least C1 Polish and B2 English proficiency level.
NICE TO HAVE:
🎯Familiarity with Ethernet and networking protocols is a plus.
🎯Experience with web frameworks like Angular or React, and front-end languages such as TypeScript or JavaScript.
🎯Hands-on experience with AWS IoT and building large-scale systems in AWS.
🎯Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience within engineering teams.
🎯Familiarity with other object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, C#).
