πŸ’ΈSalary: 9,000 - 15,000 PLN gross + bonus on Contract of Employment


 

What will you do on daily basis?

πŸ’Όβ€‹ Executing regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

πŸ’Όβ€‹ Identifying new business opportunities and expanding company's client portfolio.

πŸ’Όβ€‹ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

πŸ’Όβ€‹ Monitoring sales performance, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to senior management.

πŸ’Όβ€‹ Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

πŸ’Όβ€‹ Representing company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our services​


 

What will help you get the job done?

πŸššβ€‹β€‹ Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the transport, logistic or finance industry.

πŸššβ€‹β€‹β€‹ Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

πŸššβ€‹β€‹β€‹ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

πŸššβ€‹β€‹β€‹ Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

πŸššβ€‹β€‹β€‹ Experience in consultative sales based on identifying and solving customer problems.

πŸššβ€‹β€‹β€‹ Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

πŸššβ€‹β€‹β€‹ Knowledge of English at B2 level.

πŸššβ€‹β€‹β€‹ Knowledge of the transport industry will be an added advantage.

πŸššβ€‹ Driving license (cat.B).​
